Kifissia station

The Kifissia or Kifisia station, (Greek: Σταθμός Κηφισιάς Stathmos Kifisia) is an ISAP train station in Kifissia, Greece and is also the northermost station. The station is situated several kilometres north of Athens and is marked at the 25.655 km from the starting point in Piraeus. The station was opened on August 10, 1957 and was renovated in 2004, it features only one platform and has an aisle. On the site of the current ISAP/Attiko Metro station, it served railway transport by Attica Railways with the Lavriou Square-Strofyli railway line at the 15.500 km from Lavriou Square. It first opened on February 4, 1885 and shut down on August 8, 1938. It had a transportation spot and faced north to the final station of the line in which are abandoned and many of the old tracks had disappeared by street marking.
